To ensure you always get the best price for shipping, we take time to look into all orders of products that include shipping fees. Since we're waiving the shipping cost for SmartOne Activation cards and Point of Sale material, those don't require our intervention and can be processed automatically through the online checkout process.

Simple! Once logged in, select the Business Details section on the left menu, then you can click the 'Link an Existing Business' button at the top right of the screen to fill out a short form. We will review your request and let you know once it's completed. You will then be able to switch from one to the other without having to log in every time.
There are two methods. Onboarding can be completed from the Retail Partner page links to Become a Partner. The second way is after you've logged in, select the Business Details section on the left menu, then you can click the 'Link an Existing Business' button at the top right of the screen to fill out a short form. Once your onboarding is finalized you will be able to toggle between businesses from the account icon.
Addresses can be managed, once you've logged in, from your account page under the Business Details section.
Billing Addresses can be managed, once you've logged in, from your account page under the Business details section. It's important to note that if you choose to use your Buying Group as your payment method, you will not be able to change the billing address.
Yes. An Account Owner can choose who gets access to the account, and can decide what roles each user is assigned. Simply go to the Business Users menu in your account. There you will find details about the various roles that can be allocated.
Orders can be placed via email once logged in. When logged in, click on the 'Shop' button, then click on the 'Send Your Order Via Email' button and provide all relevant details needed to send your order, such as your PO number if applicable, product codes, quantities for each product…
Your order No. can be found on the Order confirmation page once an order is successfully placed, or on the Dashboard page/ Transaction History page
You can update your Business Information Details under the 'Business Details' tab, you can click on the 'Edit' button & update the provided fields

You can view your invoices/tracking numbers for an order by clicking on your order under the 'Transaction History' tab
You can add new users by navigating to the 'Business Users' tab. You can click on 'Add New User' & add their details as well as assign the user a role (Account Owner, Account Manager, Account User)
All website functions can be completed from your phone once logged in!
